All collars are shipped from California, USA. Each Halo Dog collar is tested before it leaves our office. 

U.S. Orders:

  • We ship to all states via standard shipping. If you need it sooner, send us an email. 
  • Standard shipping time is 3-6 business days (If there is a holiday or weekend, add a couple more days).  

No international shipping at this time due to new battery rules. Sorry!
