Halo Dog Collars was born out of a real need to keep our own dogs safe. As proud pet parents of two adventurous Chihuahuas, we love hiking through our Hollywood Hills neighborhood. But with daylight changing throughout the year, evening walks became harder — and more dangerous — as it got darker earlier.
