Each Halo Dog collar is carefully inspected, tested and charged before it leaves Halo Dog HQ.

However, stuff happens.

If there is a problem, please give us an opportunity to fix it. Click here to contact us. 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you feel you have a defective collar or one that was damaged during shipping, please email us at hello@halodog.com. 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returned items. Note returns are offered only to shipping addresses in the U.S. If you request a refund (instead of a replacement collar), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount due. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns are typically processed within a few business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
